Strategic purpose of the position: Act as lead buyer on a number of strategic categories within Group Procurement. Have significant impact on the development of category business plans and act as project leader on international projects within the lead buyer categories. Responsible for reporting findings, benefits and best practice experiences discovered within the categories. Initiate support and follow-up local implementation of projects within lead buyer categories and in general support and take part in the strategic procurement work and the execution of global strategies. The position is expected to make significant impact to bottom line savings for company A/S and requires close cooperation with other lead buyers, local procurement departments as well as with other relevant stakeholders in company business units. Educational / minimum requirements: Education: ? A higher theoretical and commercial background, equivalent to a Master degree Language: ? Fluent in English language (spoken and written) ? Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred ? Other language skills (spoken) will be considered a plus Experience: ? Min. 8 year\\\'s relevant experience within strategic & tactical procurement on regional or global level. ? Candidate with international working experience is prioritised Job responsibilities: ? Increase total addressed category & country spending ? Category spend transparency ? Actively enlist support from relevant Group category managers in strategic regional or local projects ? Target lowest costs for Carlsberg group regionally and globally based on a Total cost approach ? Lead category projects including internal and external cross-functional workshops ? Engage and secure a open and direct dialogue with stakeholders at different levels o Local, regional and group ? Support and continuously strive towards procurement effectiveness & efficiency ? Manage internal customer / external supplier relationships ? Secure information and best practice in the category ? Establish competitive category contracts for relevant suppliers and sub-suppliers ?
